That's Korean actually...and I happen to be half Korean! It is a model kit and the title says Dark elf from Lineage 2. If you google that you can find some images of different paint schemes as well as some vendors I'm sure. With a quick search the only one I could find was from Amazon.

I'm guessing its out of print/limited which is why it costs so much.
